What happens when my included credit runs out?Once the initial credit runs out, you can choose Basic, Standard or Pro service level and pay monthly or pre-pay in blocks of 3, 6 or 12 months with a discount. Go to the Billing page in your account for more info.

Product Tiers and PaymentEach Vehicle on your account can be on one of 3 product tiers, each tier defines the tracking interval, length of time we store data for and the features available. Each tracker comes with 1 or more months of Pro service included and you can update the product tier once the included service has been used - for 1 month / PAYG trackers, this will take around 24 hours after activation.

Can I change Product Tier?After any included credit runs out you can change the service plan to an higher or lower level, you can then continue at the new level until you choose to change again. For newly activated PAYG trackers, it can take up to 24 hours for the first invoice to settle before you can change tier.
