Product Tiers and Payment

Each Vehicle on your account can be on one of 3 product tiers, each tier defines the tracking interval, length of time we store data for and the features available. Each tracker comes with 1 or more months of Pro service included and you can update the product tier once the included service has been used - for 1 month / PAYG trackers, this will take around 24 hours after activation.

You can see an overview of the product Tiers on the Pricing Page you can change the product tier on the 'Tracker' tab of the Vehicle Details page on the website.

Payment can be made on a monthly basis by adding your card details on the website billing page here or you can top up your account without us storing your card details. When you top up for 3 or more months at a time, you'll also recieve discounted pricing.
