How can I pay?We accept all major credit cards via our secure website powered by Stripe. You can either pay monthly or top up for up to 2 years at a time, when you top up for 3 months or more, we'll even provide a further discount for you.

How do I use my tracker?You can see the current position, historical trips and lots of other exciting info via our Website or Mobile App, you don't need to install anything on your computer and you'll be up and running in minutes. If you are new to tracking, we recommend checking out the Blog and our YouTube channel for information on how to get the most out of your new tracker.

Do you have a mobile app?Yes! you can download the mobile app from Google Play or Apple AppStore, you can also access the website on your phone or tablet! You can log in to the app using the same username (email address) and password as used for the website and can access your vehicle location and recent trips on the go. You'll also be able to receive notifications directly to your phone once installed.

How many trackers can I have?You can have as many trackers as you want on your account, but different service levels limit the number of drivers you can create, all service levels come with at least 1 driver per tracker. To add an additional tracker to your account, simply log in to the website then follow the activation instructions - when you visit the activation page you will be asked to enter the account password and the activation code for the new tracker, after activation, you will see a new vehicle on your account, ou can rename this vehicle on the Vehicle Settings tab.

Why hasn't my tracker updated?To protect your vehicle battery the tracker will go to sleep a few minutes after the vehicle stops, when it is asleep, it will continue to monitor your vehicle for motion and wake up as soon as vibration is detected or the engine is started. It will also wake up every few hours to update its location and battery readings.
