Why hasn't my tracker updated?

To protect your vehicle battery the tracker will go to sleep a few minutes after the vehicle stops, when it is asleep, it will continue to monitor your vehicle for motion and wake up as soon as vibration is detected or the engine is started. It will also wake up every few hours to update its location and battery readings.
